About the book:So B. It
Twelve year old girl, named Heidi struggles and is desperate to know about her unknown birth and past of last eleven years, with her mentally disabled mother who can only speak 23 simple words. She lives with her next-door neighbor, Bernie who is suffering from agoraphobia, a fear of going outside. With old photographs, the evidences left behind from her mother's old camera, and using her mum's special word, "soof" she finally sets off to her personal journey to Hiltop House, Liberty, New York. Despite of Bernie's denial she leaves and arrives there safely. But really, was learning about her hidden past so important, a good choice she made? Is she sure that she isn't going to regret her final decision?

Sarah Weeks was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan. As a little girl, she always enjoyed listening to music and writing, and same thing still goes for now. "So B. It," her first novel, contributes her past experiences and memories while building up the character, Heidi.
